All submitted manuscripts undergo a rigorous double-blind peer review to maintain the journal’s standards of quality, originality, and academic relevance. Following submission, each manuscript is first reviewed by the editorial office to determine whether it falls within the journal’s scope and meets the fundamental submission guidelines. Manuscripts that do not fulfill these basic requirements are declined at this preliminary stage.
Submissions that pass the initial screening are then examined using plagiarism detection software. If a manuscript displays an unacceptable level of textual similarity or other affiliation concerns, it will be rejected and archived without further review. Only those that successfully clear this step are forwarded to a designated handling editor.
The handling editor reviews the manuscript and decides whether it should proceed to external peer review. If so, it is sent to expert reviewers under a double-blind model, where both authors and reviewers remain anonymous. Based on the feedback received, the editor may request that the authors revise their manuscript. In such cases, the paper is returned to the authors for revision.
After resubmission, the updated version is evaluated again—either by the original reviewers or directly by the editorial team. If the editor finds the revised manuscript satisfactory, it is submitted to the Editor-in-Chief for a final decision. The Editor-in-Chief may approve the manuscript for publication, request additional changes, or reject it, depending on the overall quality and alignment with journal policies.
Manuscripts that receive final approval move into the production phase, which includes formatting, copyediting, and layout design. Once all steps are completed, the article is officially published online and permanently stored in the journal’s archive.
Authors should be prepared to revise their manuscripts multiple times during this process to meet the publication standards. Manuscripts that are rejected at any stage will be archived and are not eligible for reconsideration unless submitted anew as a fresh contribution.
